Reservation Terms and Condition

I. Check-in / Check-out Time

A. Official Check-in time is 2:00 pm while Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

B. Additional Charges:

  • For early check-in from 12:00 midnight to 9:am; a full day charge
  • For early check-in from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, a half day charge
  • For check-out beyond 2:00 pm, a half day charge
  • For check-out beyond 6:00 pm, a whole day charge shall be imposed.

C. Request for early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and must be pre-arranged.

II. Reservations

  • We accept online reservation thru the form provided thru the website.
  • For Corporate bookings, all inquiries will be handled by the Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Last minute bookings of less than 72 hours notice, request for additional rooms and revisions are subject to space availability with corresponding charges.
  • Special rates shall apply for 10 rooms and above.
  • The hotel reserves the right to release the bookings unless prior arrangement has been made. Once booking is released and the client has decided to reserve again, this may be reinstated, subject to room availability.
  • Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00 p.m. unless guaranteed payment is pre-arranged. We accept the guarantee of one night pre-payment by either cash or major credit card.

III. Cancellations

  • A seventy-two (72) hours notice for room amendments and cancellation will be allowed prior to the scheduled arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge one night of the prepaid deposit as cancellation fee for the amendments or cancellations made beyond the cut-off period.

IV. No Show

  • Hotel must be notified of modifications or cancellation at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a charge of one night’s stay. A fee will subsequently be processed on your credit card provided at time of booking. Deposit and cancellation requirements may vary for special rates, events and holidays

V. Child Policy

  • There is no extra charge for children below Ten (10) years of age provided they will share the bed with parents (maximum of two (2) kids per room). Breakfast not included.
  • If extra person bed is required, additional charge shall apply.

VI. Payment Arrangements

  • Upon check-in, guest will be required PHP 1,000.00 deposit per room for miscellaneous charges which is refundable upon check-out.
  • Credit line is available to companies upon completion of the documents required by the Hotel.
  • We accept payment through cash / credit card. Company check should be paid at least three (3) banking days prior to group arrival.
